This was one of the most difficult times of my life
When my ex-wife started suffering from mental illness and decided to serve me with a petition for divorce, I was left 30 days to respond and find an attorney. This was one of the most difficult times of my life, but I was able to find Harris Law Firm to help me navigate the waters. I worked with a team being Dan Droege, Meredith Alley, and Roselyn Klinzman-Bogs. The team had a great dynamic that was able to keep costs down. Meredith and Roselyn work at a lower rate and were able to assist with getting all my financial statements/legal paperwork in order and were very quick to respond to any questions I had. Dan is a partner and more expensive but was able to navigate mediation with the best settlement possible, dealing with an aggressive and untruthful opposing counsel. The opposing counsel used many tactics and it was good to have the Harris Law team quickly respond. Going through this experience I have discovered that the law in Colorado is not written in favor of men and if there is an opposing counsel you most definitely need a lawyer on your side.
