    Naomie Pierre-Toussaint

    Naomie Pierre-Toussaint is an attorney at The Harris Law Firm whose practice centers on estate administration and tax law. She is drawn to the complexity and precision that tax work demands, and she brings to every case a fundamental belief that clients deserve to be fully informed and understood at every step. For Naomie, the goal is not simply to resolve a legal matter but to identify the core of a client's goals and help them accomplish what truly matters to them.

    She has always valued knowledge and recognized early that a lack of it often leads people to make consequential decisions without the information they need to protect themselves. That observation pointed her toward a profession where she could serve as that resource for others. She is a natural problem solver who approaches legal challenges with creativity and adaptability.

    Naomie earned her BA in Digital Media and Communications from Florida International University before going on to earn her JD from the University of Idaho, College of Law. Currently pursuing her LLM in Taxation at Georgetown University Law Center, one of the country's most distinguished programs for tax law, she is continuously advancing the counsel she offers to her clients.

    Naomie's approach to client relationships is built on communication and care in equal measure. She listens carefully to understand the root cause of a client's situation, crafts a plan the client feels comfortable with, and keeps them informed through every step along the way. She is deliberate about making clients feel like members of the team rather than bystanders to their own case. Naomie invests in getting to know her clients as people, asking about their lives, their values, and the things that matter to them. She has found that this kind of consistent, personal communication is what builds real trust, which allows clients to come to her with anything, no matter how small it may seem.

    Outside the office, Naomie is actively invested in the community around her. She serves on the board of The Lion Project, a nonprofit dedicated to eliminating food insecurity for children in schools by building mobile markets where families can shop for free. She also volunteers in multiple capacities at Lighthouse Church, including singing on the worship team, helping feed community members, and mentoring youth. When she is not working or volunteering, Naomie is likely searching for her next great culinary experience. She is an avid runner and spin class regular who completed the Napa to Sonoma Half Marathon, and she enjoys unwinding with a good murder mystery. She loves to spend time with her large family, including her 27 nephews and nieces, plus one great-nephew and one great-niece.
